@craigmelvin The do not call list doesn’t work but I live in NYC and called Spectrum, and they put a free robo call blocker on my home line and it really worked. No fix for the cell phone yet though. Just thought I would pass it in 😊

@Ask_Spectrum received a new cable box last week. Why doesn't the new channel guide allow me to watch trailers for ppv movies. Called your support and found out this feature not available with the new guide. Why not?
